Customer Services
Customer Service operates as the front door of the Mid-State Health Network pre-paid inpatient health plan and is available to assist beneficiaries and stakeholders with their questions and concerns. This includes providing information regarding the services and benefits available, how to access services, handling individual complaints and grievances in an effective and efficient manner, and tracking and reporting patterns of problem areas for the organization.
The Customer Service Department is open Monday – Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm to assist with any type of complaint/grievance, local appeal, Medicaid Fair Hearing, recipient rights, and to provide information on available resources.
