Delegated Managed Care Reviews

The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement team (QAPI) is responsible for conducting reviews of delegated managed care functions and monitoring of corrective action plan implementation.  Reviews include on-site and desk reviews for purposes of evaluating providers in areas of delegated functions, clinical performance and documentation, and Medicaid Event Verification.
