Request For Information for Adolescent SUD Services
This Request for Information (RFI) outlines Mid-State Health Network (MSHN) Prepaid Inpatient Health Plan need for Adolescent Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Services.
MSHN intends to establish or expand Adolescent SUD Services specified below across its 21-county region in the following American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) Levels of Care (LOC's):
- Regional Capacity for:
- Withdrawal Management – ASAM 3.2 & 3.7 LOC for adolescents
- Residential – ASAM 3.3 & 3.7 LOC’s for adolescents
- Outpatient – ASAM 0.5, 1.0, & 2.1 LOC’s for adolescents
- In the following counties: Arenac; Clare; Gladwin; Gratiot; Hillsdale; Ionia; Isabella; Mecosta; Midland; Newaygo and Osceola
Due Date for RFI response with statement of interest: 09/01/2023
All interest submissions should include the following components:
- Brief overview of provider’s current SUD service array/history
- General/high level narrative of how provider would establish the requested services in the communities identified above
- General/high level description of provider’s sustainability plan for new service sites
- Identify proposed county(ies) of interest in your proposal, based on the counties identified above
- Any supportive documentation provider may want to include.
