Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (Site Reviews)

The Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement team (QAPI) is responsible for conducting annual site reviews for activities related to SUD treatment and prevention as well as continued monitoring of corrective action plan implementation.  Reviews include on-site and desk reviews for purposes of evaluating providers in areas of delegated functions, clinical performance and documentation, and Medicaid Event Verification. MSHN supports reciprocity, and where appropriate, may accept the results of an audit conducted by another PIHP.
